I am extremely frustrated with the service from MTN. I have been dealing with ongoing billing and account issues, and despite multiple attempts to resolve this, nothing has been properly addressed. The main problems include: I am being charged for WiFi/services that I cannot use Payments made are not correctly reflecting on my account I continue to be billed despite disputing these charges Most concerning is the following: I have already requested cancellation and was provided with a cancellation reference number, yet MTN is now refusing to cancel the account, claiming that it cannot be cancelled because it is in arrears. This is completely unacceptable. MTN cannot continue billing a service, refuse cancellation, and then use the outstanding balance (which is in dispute) as a reason to keep the account active. This creates a cycle where the account can never be closed, and the charges keep increasing unfairly.
I would like to know who is providing my details to the company as they keep on trying to say my credit providers is overcharging my interest and they want to access my itc and I need to confirm my ID number I only have one active account at this stage and didn't ask any one for debt review if you ask where they got your details they say from NCR and they are registered with NCR but they keep on calling as they want to offer debt review and even if you block the number the next person calls you from another number. I feel they can contact people who actually did apply for debt review and not other people as we are at work and get all these spam calls from them I need a way for them to stop with the spam calls
