Amazing service
I had an insuranc claim with DI and somehow called into the call center where I had the pleasure of speaking to Dimakatso Ramatlou. The interesting part is she was not the claims hanmdler on the claim however she assisted whole heartedly and even called me back a few hours later for a follow up conversation. Now, this is the kind of servoice i expect which unfortunatelt doesnt occur much anywhere these days. Dimakatso, you are such an assest and I am grateful I encountered your suberb service.

Great service
Had amazing service from one of the consultant at Insure24. What caught my attentions is his call to confirm whether the contractor had been out. Equally so, Tshepo the plumber was pleasurable to work with and was out on time.

Amazing service

No one is listening
