Dont trust bulls removals
Don’t trust them! We recently made use of Grant Jacobs! After We paid him he was late to pickup! And promised us delivery on 4Dec (4days after Pick up) the move was from Gauteng to Eastern Cape! They keep on pushing delivery out- saying the truck is busy offloading in Cape Town first - when we passed the 16th of December dates Grant stopped taking our messages or calls- his business partner was just as useless! On the 18th we suspected all our household contents must be pawned by now, and we got tired os sleeping on an air mattress, my husband flew to JNB went to the site spoke to Paul since Grant went into hiding! Paul Promised the 20th at 3pm! The morning of the 20th (Today) they again ignored all messages! My husband got in the car and visited them again- to what a surprise to find our stuff in the open (NOT in Cape Town but in JNB) needless to say we lost our money with Grant the ****mer Jacobs of Affordable Removals and Paul Thompson of Bulls Removals! I am willing to remove my reviews if I get refunded fully!

Unreliable Bulls and Affordable Removals
We book and paid to use Affordable removals (Grant Jacobs) with Bulls Removals (Paul Thompson) to do our move from Gauteng to the Eastern Cape! What a bunch of ****s! We waited 2 days for them to Pickup our load! Then told us they will deliver on the 4th Dec (4days after pickup) we then got a few messages in between post-phoning the delivery- then they started ignoring our calls and messages- around the 18th of December we eventually got tired of sleeping on an air mattress and frustrated with the sickening feeling this 2 companies stole all our stuff! My husband took a flight back to JNB on the 19th of December to find out whats going on! They promised him that we will get our delivery the next ( 20thDec) day at 3 Pm since the truck with our furniture is in Cape Town, they even gave us the drivers number! We got promised a location! The following morning (the day of expected delivery in Eastern Cape)- all went radio silent again! He decided to pay another surprised visit- to his surprise he found all our furniture in JNB at their site busy being loaded onto a trailer with no truck! He confronted Paul (Grant is completely missing in Action) a bunch of more lies came out of his mouth and needless to say- we called SmoofMove they picked up immediately and helped us out! We lost our money with Affordable Removals and Bulls Removals!

Steeling my money
They are the most kak rental service they rent out broken cars and when you return them they charge you for there kak broken cars. And don't try to phone them none of their numbers work so their service is just as kak. Please call me

No service after NEW machine broke
So I have complaint so many times to Samsung about my washing machine! Next week will be the anniversary of 1year since I bought the machine and it’s been broken for months now! No update nothing! I’m moving provinces also next week so by the time I move it will be too costly to courier it to me! You need to step up your game! Your after sales is NON EXISTENT and very disappointing! Please replace my washing machine since you can’t fix it

Case closed? After 7 weeks still don’t have my washing machine
I logged a call with Samsung more than 7weeks ago with my broken washing machine, logged my problem on hellopeter! Got 2calls from Samsung, my questions wasn’t answered, I ask someone give me a call to explain what’s going on! Got a call today to ask to rate the service since the case is closed! What’s going on Samsung? I don’t even have my washing machine back after 7weeks and you close the case?

Aftersales is non existent
When I bought my 17kg washing machine last year, I was told Samsung would come to my house in 5days to fix it, if they can’t, they will replace it! I logged a call with Samsung beginning of Feb (my machine stopped working) After 4 weeks of poor services and telling me that we live 250km from the nearest repaired, I drove and dropped off the machine, now 2 weeks later, still no answer from Samsung or repairer as to what is going on! I think now it’s fair to demand that NEW MACHINE THAT WAS PROMISED! I have mailed Samsung over the last few weeks so many times and got 1 useless reply
