For a tracking company, bad updates. 33 minutes delay. Did complain about this for a long time.
App not working again. Using there WhatsApp help line, not working. Can not track any of my vehicles. Phoned them, they will look into it. 2 days later, still can not track my vehicles. They did not even phone back.

One of the worst companies when you have a fault on there products. No aftermarket support if you stay in Limpopo at least.
Battery BMS issue. Bad after market service. Have sites with issues and wat a struggle to get this sorted out
Netstar unit fitted in the Toyota Fortuner. Paid extra for a panic button, we're never installed. Still struggling to get it sorted out.
Brought a new vehicle for business, wanted to fit a Netstar tracking unit. Phone Netstar and had a booking for Friday the 30th July between 12 and 2pm. Had to stop a project sobthe vehicle can be available for fitment in town...... never happened. Driver was waiting at my premises the whole afternoon. Phoned Netstar again yesterday to make arrangements, still nothing.
