My brother recently supported a Golf Day. BCI Security - Little Falls, were one of the sponsors! Sponsors.... I think not! My brother's four ball happened to have done really well on the day and were supposed to have received 4 Speakers as prizes... BCI Security had only brought 2 of the speakers and insisted that my brother call them to collect the other 2! Really? How does a company sponsor prizes and only arrive on the day with half of the promised sponsor? Due to the fact that my brother works in an environment that he is not able to make phone calls, he requested that I call BCI Security and request the 2 speakers. The first time I called, I spoke to a gentleman called Leon, and he assured me that someone would be in contact with me shortly. At this time, I had not need to think any differently and thought it would also be a good time to ask him to send a representative to quote me on Beams, cameras and a full security system for my home. He assured me that a sales representative would also be contact shortly. To date, I have not had one phone call from this company with regards to ANY of the above matters. I have tried calling back 3 times since then and over the last 3 weeks. Promises were made all 3 times that someone would be in contact with me. STILL WAITING. All I can say, is, WOW... if you as a Security company can't even return a call or work within integrity, then how would you like the public to trust you to answer emergency calls or to look after their homes. I have had to now source other security companies and will definately not recommend BCI to anyone in the future
