CBi security didn't pay its employees the salary that was supposed to be paid to them and now the office doesn't respond to calls and messages that the guards are sending wanting to know about the salary outcomes .

After that I experienced today from a different security service for our work place. BCI you come highly recommended. You treat us like family, going the extra mile, not taking any chances and being consistent in your service. Thanks you guys. Stay safe this festive and I will continue to recommend you guys.

I have to say working for BCI was a very nice experience. I learned a lot and most of the time they actually do care about their employees but the only thing that makes me sad is, after you make 1 mistake and it happens that you are suspendid or worse then all the good heartedness stops. They also do not like to help when you really need it the most. Like when you are really struggling and you go to them to ask for maybe just 500 on your salary then they shoot it down immediately and want to tell you that you are putting your job at risk and that only because you asked them for help.

I have to say working for BCI was a very nice experience. I learned a lot and most of the time they actually do care about their employees but the only thing that makes me sad is, after you make 1 mistake and it happens that you are suspendid or worse then all the good heartedness stops. Bci security unfair to the employee My brother(Sibusiso Mgaga) has been working for the bci security for the three months, this company does not know how to treat their employees, the first and second month they paid him half salary, he asked them but nothing happened, now its worse this month they didn't pay him at all, when he asked mind you he was supposed to get his salary on the 5 October on the 7 October he called they told him the paid the money in his account maybe its the bank network and they don't work for the bank, what kind of the answer is that, he called again yesterday they told they will investigate and call him with the answer, call them again today to talk to the HR but they hangup the phone, what kind of company is this? I see the exploitation here. How can u work and not getting paid, everyone got paid its only him. They need to treat their employees equally How can the big company like bci security not treating their like this. They must pay his salary he has family to support rent to pay, his children needs food.

Neighbour's house broken into. Suspicious signs, open gate etc. Called the owner, who asked me to investigate. Big, big thank you to BCI Security, Isaak backed up by Chris, who came to the scene, even though this is not one of their clients. I called them, concerted the criminals may still be there, and did not want to enter alone. Police arrived around 5:00pm.

My brother recently supported a Golf Day. BCI Security - Little Falls, were one of the sponsors! Sponsors.... I think not! My brother's four ball happened to have done really well on the day and were supposed to have received 4 Speakers as prizes... BCI Security had only brought 2 of the speakers and insisted that my brother call them to collect the other 2! Really? How does a company sponsor prizes and only arrive on the day with half of the promised sponsor? Due to the fact that my brother works in an environment that he is not able to make phone calls, he requested that I call BCI Security and request the 2 speakers. The first time I called, I spoke to a gentleman called Leon, and he assured me that someone would be in contact with me shortly. At this time, I had not need to think any differently and thought it would also be a good time to ask him to send a representative to quote me on Beams, cameras and a full security system for my home. He assured me that a sales representative would also be contact shortly. To date, I have not had one phone call from this company with regards to ANY of the above matters. I have tried calling back 3 times since then and over the last 3 weeks. Promises were made all 3 times that someone would be in contact with me. STILL WAITING. All I can say, is, WOW... if you as a Security company can't even return a call or work within integrity, then how would you like the public to trust you to answer emergency calls or to look after their homes. I have had to now source other security companies and will definately not recommend BCI to anyone in the future

We contacted BCI to do various repairs at our house as we were struck by lightning, they came out and that's when it all went wrong. The "Technical Manager" Seth has no idea what he is talking about with regards to Alarms and Gate motors, apparently he is not Technical. The poor "technician", young blond guy, also doesn't have much of an idea of things, but tries by calling other company's to assist over the phone. How can a company say it has a "Technical Division" when none of them have a clue what to do. We eventually told them to rather leave, and called SRT who knew exactly what the problem was and replaced a Fuse. Then BCI still wants to send us an Invoice for a call out, you didn't do anything nor did you know what to do. Im not paying Really Pathetic

On the date of installation, they come in late, there was a trainee perhaps as they were arguing amongst themselves on how to install their own products. Tthey did not complete the job and "promised" they will be back on Saturday morning. Nobody came until I phoned and that too, they did not have "materials from suppliers". They then promised they will be back on Sunday 9am to finish their job and still nothing or not even a word. R10000 deposit paid and they dont even respond to emails. Pathetic service from a supposed security company, can you just imagine their response when you are in an actual emergency?? shoking to imagine. Please people, do not use them for your safety and security. Not proffessional, disorganised and simply just doesnt care.</p>
