Bci security unfair to the employee My brother(Sibusiso Mgaga) has been working for the bci security for the three months, this company does not know how to treat their employees, the first and second month they paid him half salary, he asked them but nothing happened, now its worse this month they didn't pay him at all, when he asked mind you he was supposed to get his salary on the 5 October on the 7 October he called they told him the paid the money in his account maybe its the bank network and they don't work for the bank, what kind of the answer is that, he called again yesterday they told they will investigate and call him with the answer, call them again today to talk to the HR but they hangup the phone, what kind of company is this? I see the exploitation here. How can u work and not getting paid, everyone got paid its only him. They need to treat their employees equally How can the big company like bci security not treating their like this. They must pay his salary he has family to support rent to pay, his children needs food.
i have bad experience with Tymebank, on the 20 January 2020 i made purchase but the transaction did not go through,i received the receipt from the store that the reversal will be made by the bank,on the 21 January 2020 i contacted the bank to log the complain about the transaction,they told that the money will back to my bank within 7 working days,on the 7 day(29 January 2020) around 8am i called them again to confirm,i spoke to lady called Lerato and she confirmed that the money will be paid to my account within 1hour 30 min,i called again around to confirm they told me send the receipt,then asked them why they need the receipt now because they were supposed to asked for the receipt immediately when i logged the query,they guy i was talking to went back to them to ask about my query,Lerato told him they only do the refund after 3pm and then 30min after the call they send the the sms asking me to send the receipt i tried to send the receipt to that email address they send but the email address was wrong,i had to call them again to confirm the email at my own expend,they guy(Karabo) that gave me the correct email address told me i will receive the feedback within 7 working days again,meaning i will for 14 days working for my case to be solved,Tymebank service is very bad,i regret opening it,i will never recommend it to anyone Scam Bank
