They don't supply l what they advertise on the app. Then when you complain they say it's not their problem.
Cell C device insurance has absolutely no idea on Customer service. I call the Centre to lodge a claim, they ask me to forward them a picture of the device imei number via email, which I did, I received a reply email with a reference number. I then called the Centre again quoting the reference number to which I'm told it's the wrong number. I then send the picture again and receive another reference number which I'm told again is wrong. How can the reference number you send me be wrong? Plus your call agent has no idea how to speak to customers. Absolutely discusted with their service. Cell C call centre's are great, device insurance, not at all.
Most pathetic tracking company ever, even if your vehicle is stolen and they can't or didn't recover it, you still have to pay the monthly fee until contract expires, even if you don't have the vehicle or the tracking unit anymore, and if you ask for another unit to be installed in the new vehicle that insurance paid out for, they want to charge you another R3000 for installation. Be very careful and think twice before using Cartrack.
Absolutly useless, ordered a Valentines gift for the special lady in my life on the 9th of February for delivery on the 14th. They didnt even deliver it. Pathetic service, will never use them again and i suggest no one else use them. They dont even answer their phones. Pathetic
They call you on a Sunday afternoon to offer you a loan, and after telling the lady that its a Sunday, she just keeps going, so eventually with a very bad attitude she tells me "sir, do you want a loan or not" so I told her no, because she has a bad attitude. Really pathetic
I cancelled my Account in June 2017, I was told i have to give 30 days notice, which i agreed to as its the norm, 30 days later i received a message saying "sorry to see you leave, account has been cancelled". Since then i have been fighting and calling every week as my account is still active and im still getting invoices. Now the debt collectors or lawyers as they call them self are calling me. If you call Telkom then they will forward your query it to accounts and cancellation department, but no one gets back to you, if you email them you get no reply. If you complain on Hello Peter you get this: "Hello Scooby8005, Your request is currently under investigation with our accounts department. Once resolved feedback will be provided We do apologize for any inconvenience we have cause to you. Regards" which will probably be the response to this complaint, and still no one gets back to you. How do you fix this?????? Absolutly Pathetic
Bought a vehicle that came with Cartrack, did the change of ownership and was booked for a technician to come and check unit, technician didn't show up and if service starts like that im not interested in the service, so now they want to charge me R2000 for cancellation, i have not even signed any forms yet. Now im definitely canceling and will not pay a cent. Don't use Cartrack, they just want money and give no service
We contacted BCI to do various repairs at our house as we were struck by lightning, they came out and that's when it all went wrong. The "Technical Manager" Seth has no idea what he is talking about with regards to Alarms and Gate motors, apparently he is not Technical. The poor "technician", young blond guy, also doesn't have much of an idea of things, but tries by calling other company's to assist over the phone. How can a company say it has a "Technical Division" when none of them have a clue what to do. We eventually told them to rather leave, and called SRT who knew exactly what the problem was and replaced a Fuse. Then BCI still wants to send us an Invoice for a call out, you didn't do anything nor did you know what to do. Im not paying Really Pathetic
Went into hospital for an emergency operation, went to the Medical Aid preferred Hospital. Got assisted very quickly, but when time came to do the operation, non of Bestmed's preferred Doctors wanted to come out, so hospital got another doctor as it was an emergency. Needles to say today I receive a letter saying that Bestmed will not be paying for the Doctor and I'm stuck with the bill. How pathetic is that for service, and we have all the evidence that their Doctors did not want to help. Stay away from Bestmed, rather use Discovery.
According to my tracking number the parcel was received in JHB on the 4th of August, to date i have not received it, and if you call any of the 27 numbers supplied by the Postal Service, no one answers. SA Postal Service is non existent. Pathetic
