We contacted BCI to do various repairs at our house as we were struck by lightning, they came out and that's when it all went wrong.
The "Technical Manager" Seth has no idea what he is talking about with regards to Alarms and Gate motors, apparently he is not Technical. The poor "technician", young blond guy, also doesn't have much of an idea of things, but tries by calling other company's to assist over the phone.
How can a company say it has a "Technical Division" when none of them have a clue what to do. We eventually told them to rather leave, and called SRT who knew exactly what the problem was and replaced a Fuse.
Then BCI still wants to send us an Invoice for a call out, you didn't do anything nor did you know what to do. Im not paying
