emailed, quoted, collected, delivered, paid = DONE. So much quicker and easier than hiring a trailer yourself. Good job.
I found them to be reliable honest and on time. No empty promises. Installation was professional, quick and neat.
Cape Town office does not answer the phone, emails to customer service gets sent from one dept. to another and no one has bothered to answer a simple question about a replacement part 2 weeks ongoing now. If I do not receive a satisfactory reply in the next day I WILL NEVER buy anything from Russell Hobbs again.
Unbelievably shocking and very very POOR after service, what they don't tell you is that it MAY take up to 28 days to refund your deposit after you have dropped off the hired car and it has been cleared in perfect condition. VERY VERY POOR service, do not use this company if you are depending on your refund back.
<p>I understand that over the festive season and New Year parcels will take a few days longer BUT it has taken 14 days for a satchel bag to be delivered from Cape Town to Durban (Richards Bay outer region) when the consultant you call keeps promising today + no response from the on-line query submission from submitted a week ago.</p>
<p>We booked a package deal / trip with them to Argentina - the sales chasing consultant neglected to inform us we required yellow fever vaccinations (travelling as advertised to a shopping sightseeing Buenos Aires). Then claiming it was our responsibility and then admitting they do not place any reference to this on their website. REALLY REALLY POOR AND PATHETIC service as a good travel agent does all the planning and informs you of all required.... why else would you then use a travel agent as we could have booked the flights and accommodation less than what they charged!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say we will NEVER use STA travel again.</p>
