I purchased an iPhone through their site on 12 August 2025 for R12 850.00. They then sent me a phone that was firstly, definitely not new, and secondly, the wrong phone and not what was ordered. I immediately contacted them and was given a thousand excuses. Eventually it was admitted that they did not have stock of what I ordered. I told them this is not acceptable and I want my money back. They then tried to convince me to keep the incorrect phone they had sent, until their other stock arrives. I declined this, and told them I want my money back. They arranged collection of the phone and told me I would be refunded as soon as the phone was returned. As soon as the phone was returned, I asked when they would make payment of my refund. I was then told as per their terms and conditions, they have 7 days to refund me. We are now going on 6 months and I have still not received my money. The person I was dealing with made a complete mockery and joke of the entire situation and the fact that they have not paid me the money owing to me. I have had no choice but to log a complaint with the CONSUMER GOODS AND SERVICES OMBUD, Office of the Consumer Protector and approach small claims court. Don't waste your time or money on a *****ulent company that is clearly completely ********* and a bunch of manipulative *******.

I just had one of the best experiences shopping at a Mr Price Home store, EVER. Realising items I had seen online were not exactly what I wanted, the disappointment started setting in as I realised I would have to continue my search. Suddenly, I was met with the most genuine and heart warming smile, and greeted with the friendliest of tones. Dimpho had come to my rescue. Not only did he help me search shelves, he listened to what my needs were, then showed me to the premium section, finding even better options than what I had originally wanted. He then went out of his way to assist me in finding the colours, sizes, matching up options, searching the system to ensure there was stock in store. All the while, he had a genuine smile on his face and the friendliest demeanor. He was on point. I am absolutely blown away by this young man, and just how efficient, professional and friendly he was. Too often we are quick to go to social media when we are disgruntled, but we need to remember to credit those who go out of their way and show so much grace. Not only did Dimpho find me something better than what I originally wanted, he secured a sale and a very loyal customer, because I won't go back to another branch. Thank you, Dimpho. What an amazing husband and wife team, that are not only professional and excellent at what they do, but also incredibly generous and honest. Something which, unfortunately, is very difficult to find nowadays. For the last two years, any car issues at all have been dealt with in the most exceptional way. Not only will they go out of their way to assist, they will also ensure the best rates and honest work. These are good people who are beyond kind and brilliant at what they do. Thank you so much.
