If your staff is ill, don't make them work with food etc you are selling!
On a whole the food is good. Rice is a picky subject. It can be done better and by people who spend 7 years perfecting rice making. My experience of the restaurant is good, sometimes the staff taking orders can be a bit dismissive. Manager/owner always around if needed. This week 6/8/2023 I got quite a bit of sushi and while it was being made I noticed a person making sushi was sneezing and not put to work elsewhere. After a day or so I felt a bit gummy and taking precautions to not get his cold. Please if your staff is sick, send them home so they don't infect other people! You are in the food business, you should know better. 2nd establishment with someone working with food stuffs directly and being sick, and allowed to work as they were.

Megashift logistic driver has disgustic road manners.
Their drivers are disgustind and have no manners on the road. The driver flicked his lights at me, hooted and revved behind me several times while driving behind me in a 60 zone. Cops are usually trapping on that stretch of road. Everyone was slowed doepwn on this 2 lane road where he could easily have passed me. He chose to have a fight with me. He also threatened to come and beat me up. It didnt make me change my driving or show any fear. I was watching him though. He followed me until his turmoff back to his sandton offices. Truly distusting. I will never use their services no matter how good they seem on their other reciews.

Won't change us back to Telkom from CISP Voip
We have asked many times at Cool Ideas and contacted CISP and no one will change us back to Telkom for our landline. Telkom arrives and says it is CISP's problem and CISP/Cool Ideas says it's Telkom's issue. Meanwhile, you never get service! Come on now- best ISP for fibre out there? No way. Can we have some great ISP's for fibre around who take responsibility for their tech issues? Have had this with other DSL suppliers, so its not just Cool Ideas that does this. I have a whole list I have dealt with that do this. Now, fibre and DSL is meant to meet International standards - fast, non-shaping, uncapped for great prices, great service, the list goes on! Let's get this going guys and ladies!
