Sibongile Malinga gave me a call following up on a policy I took out and verifying that all was in order, If this is what she gets paid to do then double it because I’m extremely satisfied with the service, the professionalism and courtesy from her. Hats off
I’ve been on several calls with support and got no assistance. The waybill in question was put on hold because the supplier called and instructed the driver not to ship the package due to an uncleared payment. I’m the one that logged and Paid for this collection and shipment and did not share my waybill with anyone. The said payment reflected later on the same day yet my package is still kept I’d like to address how the driver accepted instructions on my shipment without my knowledge and consent I’d like to know how courier guy is affiliated with supplier and customer payments or relationships that my package is being held due to a payment that has nothing to do with you As well as how courier guy driver disclosed the whereabouts of my shipment to a third party without my consent My package was an overnight delivery and I still don’t have it. This morning just after 11am at the virgin active century city branch I had finished my work out to shower. It was pretty empty and I walked into the 1st stall while another lady also showered from the town across from me. While placing my locker key down The cleaning ladies walked in dragging a hose pipe from the swimming area after cleaning. The floors in the shower room had already been wet and cleaned. I stood there and watched them drag it out toward the steam room, the reason I wood was because I heard a male voice in the corridor from the pool door so I waited till they closed it and entered the shower. Seconds after, while showering I hear the lady starts to spray cold water from the hose at my shower s right at my feet, then immediately starts to spray upwards where the cold water came from above over my head, I immediately screamed “you’re spraying cold water on me” she calmly responded “sorry” already walking toward the steam room. I immediately dried up and followed her asking why she did that, her response again was “sorry” I asked her why you chose to spray my stall with water when you clearly saw me get in there and with no reason to because the floors are already wet you already cleaned?? Her nonchalant reason se dead in my face was “I said sorry” I asked is this how you treat people? And she then started praying on the floor of the steam room dismissing me. I would have easily turned the other cheek at this because I treat everyone like a human being outside of titles but I genuinely felt and unapologetic and entitled behaviour from her, and I would like to make sure nobody ever gets the **** and racial profiling I experienced today. I take my time at the gym very seriously and it took a lot for me to do this but I’m not letting it go easily.
This is regarding a lease agreement signed for a 2 bedroom apartment with Faircape sales and leasing in 622 Liberty Grande, Maitland Cape town with Agent Samantha Whitehead. A payment was made of R6150 with Mellisa Kammies 21st August but when viewing the apartment for curtain measurements the apartment 622 was not the one i had viewed, the window to 622 in the main bedroom is shattered and the lock to the main door is worn. no paint work was done on the flat- i immediately requested a refund from the lease intended to start 1October (6 months)due to false advertising but nothing has been paid back yet, nor have any of my Emails been responded to by Mellissa.

I took the time out to create a profile on Hello peter- take a bow! i applied for a sim swap 3 days now making endless trips to the branch at Nicolway - where the staff pounce around and check which one is in the mood to assist based on the nature of ones query. 3 seperate visits to the branch where i was told i failed the sim swap security questions and when i finally got the affidavit - i still had to do another set of security questions for "standard procedure" which i passed- MIRACULOUSLY having answered the same set of questions on the 3 visits via the USSD and their Siebel!!!! this time i passed- but my application still has to be sent to the branch manager for authentication and then only will the 24 hour waiting period apply! then finally get the sim swap done i work in customer service and i fully understand process- but when someone gives you the run around it doesn't take too much to pick up- its not even about the system failing your staff or the load shedding - its pure lack of humility! Oh and gossiping about white customers in vernac isnt appealing to all your black customers! stop that nonsense!

I HAD A CONTRACT WITH MTN WHICH I CALLED IN AND CANCELED 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE IN THE MONTH OF OCTOBER, THEIR FINAL INSTALLMENT SUCCESSFULLY DEBITED IN 25 OCTOBER AND ON THE 27TH OCTOBER MY SIM CARD IS BLOCKED, NO CONSULTANT IS ABLE TO ASSIST ME IN THIS REGARD INSTEAD I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE BILLED AGAIN FROM END OF NOVEMBER TO DECEMBER PERIOD,<br> MY SIM CARD IS CURRENTLY INACTIVE, MY CONTRACT STILL ACTIVE. WHY?
