Solarway Suppliers Shaheed Highan provided exceptional good service to me when I recently ordered Canadian Solar 655W Panels which nobody else could supply in Cape Town area. He was quick to respond and they also delivered to my home in the Stellenbosch area. After the delivery, Shaheed called me up to check if I was happy with the product and the delivery. He offered exceptional customer service!! Well done!

Costa cruises do not return deposit if they cancel a cruise....still waiting on my money 3 month after I made the first request for refund
I booked a 14 day cruise for May 2021 and was later told it was canceled. I then booked another cruise for 15 October 2021 which they also canceled. When I asked for my deposit back, they stopped replying to emails. I am so disappointed in the customer service and will never cruise with them again. My deposit was never returned.
