CASE NUMBER CEB210262316 I cancelled a Policy with them because I found a Better offer. They sent me an SMS I'd be Refunded R1934.87 to be paid in 3 working days. The money was paid into MONEY ACCOUNT which I never had. 4th Day of visiting the Cresta Branch I was asked to FRAUD FORM of which I did. The Forensic Department under Old Mutual said they cannot access my Account as it was Cancelled and requested the GROUP SCHEME to rather pay into my Cheque Account from which I was being debited. Went back to Cresta Branch. SUMMARY OF FEEDBACK-COMPLAINT was filed and under the Old Mutual operations I was supposed to be signed a Mediator with 4 Hours which has since elapsed. I'm tired of the back and forth which doesn't yield results. Old Mutual's incompetence is then turning into my punishment. Their service is the worse out there. MONEY ACCOUNT REFERENCE MASC308169. The fraud was committed within Old Mutual by Old Mutual employee, how's that my concern?
