I was waiting for Contact lenses from overseas. Linex emailed me on the 23rd of September, with a request for a formal customs entry, as the package was high value. I rep**** on the same day with my passport number. The 24th was a public holiday. On the 25th they rep**** and said they submitted the entry. Today - 27 September - it was delivered I am super chuffed with the service. I did not expect this from a South African company dealing with customs Well done guys!
They have the most horrible online grocery shopping service ever The one day I ordered - picked the 11 to 1 delivery time. 2 o'çlock I phoned them and asked where the driver was. The lady said she can't tell me, but he is on his way. At 4 I cancelled the order because I had to leave work, and the delivery address was my work address. After cancelling the order, at 5, the driver phoned me wanting to deliver Another day, I picked the click and collect option early in the morning. After work, at around 5, I went to the shop to collect. Nobody knew where the Click and Collect counter was. Eventually I got to a random table and a security guard. He went in to check on the order, only to let me know that they were still busy picking. I waited while they were picking, only for them to return with some of the wrong items. They had to go back and re-pick. This totally defies the point, as I could then have done the shopping myself I did another online order last week Wednesday, for delivery Friday between 11 and 1. Again, they didnt deliver and didnt bother to phone. At 13:30 I phoned, and the lady said that they were still in the shop picking and someone would phone me. An hour passed and I phoned again (no one phoned me). They said they had some technical difficulties in the shop, but they will still deliver on Friday. I asked if they could change the address, as I would leave work soon. The lady said she wasn't sure, but would phone me back. Again, no one phoned. At 5 I cancelled the order. This morning (Monday), I got an sms that the driver was out with the items for delivery. I had to phone again and tell them that I've Cancelled the order. They said that the driver is out already and that if he arrives, I just have to send him back Something really has to be done to the online grocery shopping service, it sucks!
They are not scammers, just very very terrible with communication I placed my order on the 3rd of August and received today on the 28th of September
