The after sales service is pathetic. So I joined in June 2021 as a vitality member where the monthly premiums were R167 set for 12 months. June - August went off normal and September and October they then started collecting R670. I reported this in September and spoke to like 3 people at N1 City gym and 4 different people at the call centre (NOBODY DAMN HELPS OR GETS BACK TO ME) MR BOSS of virgin active I have all these staff noted as well and would rather like to speak to you directly please as its so difficult to actually chat to someone in charge as the rest all incompetant at the gym and call centre, NO HELP AT ALL. Maybe I should put a hold on all debits from my account then everyone will jump to call me. Now that I am due a refund i must struggle like hell to get feedback. This is complete nonsense man, I also have other bills to pay and you messing around with my banking account. Can someone please hear me and get back to me ASAP. Also can the person who loaded my account incorrectly at virgin active n1 city not fix this?????????? WHY IS THIS SOOOOOOOOOOOO HARD TO GET RIGHT??????? WHERE IS THE BOSS.......#SUPERDAMNANGRY
Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Tried about 20 times to call this Cape Town branch since last three weeks and CAN NEVER EVER get through on 021 468 4500. Pathetic

What a great individual to deal with, thank you Anthonio not only for your face to face service but also for taking the time out to do follow ups on everything. If there was an option to give no star I probably would. I will be reviewing on Hello Peter. Most pathetic incompetent service ever and this will surely be last time that I go there. So this evening at 18:25 I placed an order for Pizza with Debonairs Goodwood, this was followed up by sms which I received at 18:28. When I got there the gentlemen at the door where I sanitized my hands and did temperature testing allowed my in nicely and sent me directly to the counter after he asked me am i here for collections. When I went there I spoke to this guy for my order he then went to the back and said to me 5min it will be out. In the beginning he told me it will be ready in 20min, I got there at 18:46. Anyway while waiting the extra 5min 2 other gentlemen came in and just paid collected and left within a minute. I then thought to myself why the **** did I place an order when I am waiting here like an idiot. I am not one to make a scene when coming to food as i get concerned about things people could possibly do to spite one you know not that im saying this is the case here. I went back to him and again asked how long boet, he said 1min. This made me believe this idiot never put in the order I asked for and that sms meant absolutely nothing. When I asked him the second time his damn mask was also down (like not over his mouth) and he asked the ladies behind the tellers WHERE THEY BUSY MAKING THE PIZZAS about my order etc and when turning back to me he pulls it back up. I mean duuuuuude its corona and you busy with food, I would expect that ALL STAFF masks STAYS over mouth and nose ALL THE TIME. Besides the mask my patience was over as then the time was 18:59 and I just walked out vrek hungry as I relied on a quick take-away from DEBONAIRS. Kuk service debonairs, get your **** together so other customers can be satisfied with a better service. I wont be back to your branch though #****edoffcustomer
