Contemptible and Unacceptable Service

I am really disappointed in the quality of service that I have received from French Spare Parts!!! I bought a gear box from French Spare Parts in Pretoria on the 1/22/2015. I have since paid for the gear box however up to date I have not received it. I had made several calls to Alex to follow up, they have been providing me with false information and sending me from pillar to post. I have also visited their office and escalated the matter to their director Herve Toukoui who promised that he was going to sort it last week on Friday (6 March 2015) and order a gear box however to my disappointment.
