I have been a Vodacom customer since my first Nokia brick 2110 in 1999 at the age of 15. I will no longer be a vodacom customer once my current contract expires. I will also be canceling my families contracts as well. Let's get down to the nitty gritty of things that have still not been sorted out. - May 2020 I accepted a contract where I would be paying R847pm for 200min, 10gb data and 200 sms's pm. Great contract... hardly if ever went over my limits. - In August 2021 I was called by a very vibrant and excited lady from Vodacom that informed me of how appreciative Vodacom are of my loyal and long ongoing support. She told me that to show appreciation Vodacom would like to drop my premiums to R700 and something odd rand per month just for being such a good customer bla bla... After confirming with her several times that I would still be getting the same specs and that my contract would still expire in May 2022 etc, I was reassured that yes it's "just dropping my premiums for being such a great customer" and that it won't affect anything else. - September came along and WALLA!!! double billed!!! R847 PLUS a new R700 odd rand! FALSE ADVERTISING - I have called your call centre countless times and conversed via your FB page for months. Eventually after 2 months I was apologised to for the "mistake" and the additional contract was canceled... - I still have not been fully refunded for the 2 months I paid extra money. I then noticed vodacom took away my 10gb... aftyer another back and forth they fixed that... Now I see I've only been getting 50 minutes instead of 200 minutes monthly. BREACH OF CONTRACT. The Lady from customer care I spoke to today tells me I must wait until February to migrate back to 200 min!?!? I have called the helpline countless times. I have emailed. I have Facebook messaged. They keep marking my complaints as "resolved" but don't resolve them. Pathetic service Crooks Liars

On Wednesday evening 20/01/2016 I purchased a 500mb mega bytes data bundle. As soon as it went through I went to refresh the Vodacom app to see and it was down to 217mb!!!! (I had +-40mb before reloading) I was at home and my phone was on wifi. I was not using any apps nor internet. I called Vodacom and was told I was downloading stuff.<br> 1. I was connected to wifi. <br> 2. I was not downloading anything. <br> 3. Immediately after purchasing 500mb it was down by 283mb!!<br> 4. I have an app that records the data I've used that is in sync with the Vodacom app. No data went down on the data app!!<br> <br> I was also told it could have been an app downloading in the background.<br> I know my apps very well and how my phone works. I do not have any new apps or any apps running in the background when not on wifi except for Whatsapp... and again, my wifi was on!<br> It is impossible that 283mb disappeared as soon as I purchased 500mb!<br> Their call centre was not helpful and neither was the \Superior"that took over. I posted on their Facebook page but haven't gotten any response at all. I was given a reference number (S3-GKT2I-IIBYE) But haven't heard a word from them!<br> <br> I can't afford to be robbed like this!"""
Me and some friends of mine have a weekly adventure trying new places to eat at... Francos is the one place that we keep going back to! The atmosphere, service, attitude and FOOD is amazing. Highly recommended if you're into pizza and pasta! Keep up the high level of standard :) <br> <br>
