I wish I could give them 0 stars....my previous complaint has not yet been addressed and needless to say not resolved (it was only a statement that i needed of a closed account!!) I have been holding on for 34 minutes with no resolve - trying to change my payment date on my bond... no assistance. If only they were as efficient as Capitec Bank... such an unpleasant experience always...
No service. Secure chat is not answered and if it is answered they never come back to you stating they are finishing with other queries. Then after 10 minutes and more they come back to say that you for contacting them and try again. of course then they step up and say there are technical issues and problems and they cannot assist. They are the most frustrating, unhelpful and uncaring bank where no one wants to assist. CAPITEC BANK AND CAPITEC BUSINESS BANK is incredibly good and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. DO NOT USE FNB.

FNB is the Worst bank to use. Monthly Charge of R500 for private clients account yet can not contact the account holder abroad to verify their account. Most useless customer service and they do not contact you even if you complain to their customer support department. 0 out of 5

<p>To whom it may concern;</p> <p> </p> <p>I wish to report the above mentioned guesthouse as an establishment who does not adhere to municipal laws / bylaws and also does not have any respect for their neighbours.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have an illegal room (2nd storey) where their guests and cleaners look directly into my property - this severely impacts my privacy.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have an illegal air conditioner which they refuse to remove (despite several municipal notices to do so), the air conditioner has permanent water dripping onto our roof (which will cause damage to our roof). They regularly service the said unit by walking on our roof - which will cause damage to the roof sheeting, as well as the door motor directly underneath. They have never asked us for permission to access our property nor access to walk on our roof, which is the only way they can access the air conditioner.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not have contact numbers for the owners – only the manageress – who told us to “call your lawyer” when they cut off a branch of our tree on our side of our property.</p> <p> </p> <p>This establishment is detracting from our own living experience in the beautiful town of Franschhoek by being absolutely uncaring and ignoring the municipal laws.</p>
