Ordered a bed and paid for it but nobody has gotten back to me and nobody is picking up the phone or sending me an email with regards to delivery. I’m definitely taking them to court, we are not here to work for thieves who think they will take our hard earned money just like that.
I have a contract with Autopage for a Blackberry whereby I pay R140,00 per month. Then after July my bill rose to R800,00 without me knowing and because the deduct money from my account I only noticed in August or September. The statement reads I took a Samsung S6. So I have trying by all means to get through to Autopage so they can rectify this information by they are never available. Then one day I received a call and that was after I have reversed the charges because I can not afford to pay R800 just for a phone. Then they told me I took a phone in Durban at Bluff meanwhile I have been staying in Johannesburg for the past 3years and 5 months. I contacted Durban and spoke to a lady who asked for my ID and an affidavit, I did that and sent it to her but she has never came back to me and when I call nobody ever picks up. Then last week another lady called at my workplace because they have blocked my phone now this time and I explained the situation and she said she was sending me the fraud forms - until today I haven't received anything from her. I'm sick and tired of this Autopage, they make me sick sick sick!!!! worse part I need to explain to the credit bureau all this nonsense.
