Pathetic service and do not recommend them - DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE
Ordered a bed and paid for it but nobody has gotten back to me and nobody is picking up the phone or sending me an email with regards to delivery. I’m definitely taking them to court, we are not here to work for thieves who think they will take our hard earned money just like that.

Don't buy! Dishonest & untrustworthy thieves!!
Buying from this store has got to be the worst decision I've ever made. I bought online & they failed to deliver. They kept on postponing delivery because they didn't have stock. I asked for a refund they said they don't do refunds. I then decided to buy other items that they might have in stock but they started not answering emails. When I went to the Wynberg store, a security guard told me this store closed shop on the 01st of August. The only numbers I have are 0745466579 and 0843012549 and they don't go through.

Ridiculous service, the customer service is the worst!!! All they are good at is empty promises, we bought a headboard in December till today 03.08.2022 we have not received it, when we call they hang up and now they don't want to refund the money back yet they don't honor to their promises. The most awful experience I have ever had

dont buy from Heavenlymattress
Dont Buy a bed online from Heavenlymattress, its the worst service ever. I called the shop they cant help, they refer you to some online department, I called them, the cant find the order, they will call me back, Finally i got hold of a guy that found my order. This guy said for 200.oo more i can upgrade the double bed i bought to a pillowpeadic double bed, i can just pay the driver when he come. the delivery arrangement was made for the 6th of July the following week. Today is the 6th of july and no bed delivered. I called once again, and the online order guy GREG, says he will call me back, doesnt call back. 1 hour later i called him a few times without answer, I then called the store number and asked to speak to the owner, he is to busy or whatever. they say it will be delivered on the 7th now, the worst is the store guy says i must buzz him tomorrow to remind him

FOAM BED MAKING UNPLEASANT NOISE
Bought a beds in APRIL-MAY 2019 and 1 of the beds is supposedly a foam mattress but recently has started making spring noise and it's very annoying as it's not suppose to. Bought the bed cause I didn't want spring noise whilst turning but to my surprise it does noise. Tried communicating with the company sent emails but no one has communicated with me regarding my claim. Very Very disappointed.
