If you do not want stress,especially when it’s festive NEVER ORDER WITH MAKRO online cause even this moment I regret. This was my second order processed on the 30th of November Online order #MAK4097953 I asked for delivery by the 3rd and when I spoke to Kabelo on the 3rd in the morning he confirmed that they will need to cancel it with the store. On the 14 when the store called me, I told them I was expecting this collection in 3-5 days as per your estimate and am now out of the province will only be back mid jan and this order will be very unnecessary for me then. Now when I check the status,it says i collect…Njani??! When ?? Am really ****ed with makro and their service. On my first complaint nothing was resolved and this is my second in 1 month!!! Please bring back my money or am gonna take this further
I very unhappy with my refund after my order was canceled thats over a month long with no feedback or call back from the customer care or the damn finance department after a multiple calls i have made regarding my query but no feedback has been received. I do not know what to do anymore
A week later, still no feedback from the store... No one answers my calls or responding to any of my emails and text. I HATE THIS STORE AND STAFF WITH ALL MY HEART!!! YOU TOOK MY MONEY BUT FAIL TO DELIVER.
Ridiculous service, the customer service is the worst!!! All they are good at is empty promises, we bought a headboard in December till today 03.08.2022 we have not received it, when we call they hang up and now they don't want to refund the money back yet they don't honor to their promises. The most awful experience I have ever had
