If ever appalling customer service had a face, surely Sandman Plant Newcastle would be it. I paid for the TLB and 4times the scheduled appointment dates could not be honoured...Guess why not? The TLB had a mechanical fault that was being repaired. They never proactively call to inform me of the issue but it was me or my contractor who always called the day before to confirm the appointment & would only then be told it is not available. On the day it finally got available, it almost veered into someone's house due to faulty breaks. It got to site but broke down & could not perform the required function.
Buying from this store has got to be the worst decision I've ever made. I bought online & they failed to deliver. They kept on postponing delivery because they didn't have stock. I asked for a refund they said they don't do refunds. I then decided to buy other items that they might have in stock but they started not answering emails. When I went to the Wynberg store, a security guard told me this store closed shop on the 01st of August. The only numbers I have are 0745466579 and 0843012549 and they don't go through.
I booked for my SAP SD certification a week ago by sending an application to [URL Removed] for the 14th of August but when I arrived for the exam I was told I could not write as I was not on the candidates list. The guy I sent the proof of payment to, Cedric Mabaso, inquired with the booking office who could not provide a reason for not booking my exam. SAP South Africa said they couldn't quickly register me to write on this day as the Prague team are the ones responsible for booking. I'm appalled at such service from such a reputable brand / company. I took study leave from work so I could write and it's not acceptable that I now need to be inconvenienced by taking more leave due to the sheer incompetence of their booking team.
I have 2 cars with Netsar trackers and with 2 debit orders active. Nestar decided to stop debiting the latest car (Mini Cooper S) account and then sent me sms saying my account has been forwarded to collection lawyers Blake & Associates who have been calling me no stop for the past month and each time I ask the consultant to explain why I'm owing Netstar, they aren't able to give me an answer. I've also called Netstar call centre and each time they promise to investigate the matter & get back to me and they never do. They have my account number and my consent to debit my account but they aren't. I don't mind paying what I owe them but I need to understand how it came about that I'm owing them. They also need to rectify the issue as I opted for a debit order for a reason. I don't want the inconvenience of making EFT's.
