I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I registered and paid for a training course [SAP PM], only to later receive an email stating that the course had been cancelled. This was already inconvenient because I had made arrangement to attend. What is even more frustrating is that after the cancellation, there has been little to no meaningful communication regarding my refund. I have followed up but have not received clear feedback or confirmation that my money will be returned. As a customer, this creates a lack of trust. If a company cancels a course, the refund process should be immediate and transparent. Due to the inconvenience and the uncer*****y around the refund, I have decided that I do not want to proceed with this training even if it is rescheduled. I hope the company improves its customer service and refund process so that other customers do not experience the same issue.

Was pleasantly surprised with the service received from the following police after I was involved in a car accident on N12 yesterday. N T Mashapu who was at the scene due to a prior serious accident and Detective Letsoalo at Benoni Saps. You guys were extremely professional and helpful .

My dad passed away my mom is struggling with my brother 47 years that making use of drugs, he abuse my mother emotionally and physically. I stay in Johannesburg, she phones me everytime historical re my brother being aggressive, not so long ago I tried numerous times to involve the SAP Kroonstad but they said that there is nothing that they can do don't even try to assist my mom clearly no interest in making an effort. So last night it happened again. He beat her threw on the ground while the security company on standby witnessed it all saying they can't do anything luckily my youngest brother showed up tried to help got bitten by my eldest brother after all of this at last the police arrived. They took my eldest brother handcoved to the Boitumelo hospital. The staff there at emergency where so so rude. The police got a call, they uncoved my eldest brother, they left. My eldest brother in the emergency rooms threatened by youngest brother and my mom saying their life's will come to an end soon. The he ran off, the sister at the emergency room when my mom told her she very rudely said what must she it is my mom's child after sering what the situation is. Clearly the should be a security at hospital? Then my youngest brother took my mom to the police station asking the police to go see where my eldest brother is and to just keep him for the night bit they said that they won't do that because they don't want to be blamed for anything that might happen to my eldest brother while being locked up. They didn't even offer to go with my mom to her house to see if she will be safe. My eldest brother threw stones through her windows so she couldn't stay at her house. She is historical. I am so fed up with SAP and Boitumela Hospital because they suppose to help the elderly and poor but it seems to much effort. I thank God that my mom is still alive this morning.

Just came back from ROODEPOORT police station an hour ago, spoke to Captain Nkuna and surgent mulaudzi from roodepoort police station about assault case from a lady at edith mitchell street in davisdonville Roodepoort but it was just washed away... very disappointed on how the case was handled... just wanted a back up for in case the lady called doreen go against me...tonight at 09:40 pm just before curfure

Horrible customer service. Been trying for about a month to register a company just so they can make out the invoice in the company name. I was told (at the beginning of Oct) that the registration will take 2-3 business days, and when i tried following up, my emails got ignored. When phoning the callcenter, i was redirected multiple times and told to phone different numbers, all to no avail. Eventually someone told me they would follow up and call me back in 15minutes, but never did. Upon phoning again, i reached Ezekiel Motlhasedi, who was the only person that actually tried helping. He forwarded the mail again and asked for feedback. The reply was that the account creation has been completed but that they were waiting for ‘replication’, no timelines were given and today my follow up email was again ignored. Such insanely expensive courses, you would think that they would actually want to make it easy to do one...

I booked for my SAP SD certification a week ago by sending an application to [URL Removed] for the 14th of August but when I arrived for the exam I was told I could not write as I was not on the candidates list. The guy I sent the proof of payment to, Cedric Mabaso, inquired with the booking office who could not provide a reason for not booking my exam. SAP South Africa said they couldn't quickly register me to write on this day as the Prague team are the ones responsible for booking. I'm appalled at such service from such a reputable brand / company. I took study leave from work so I could write and it's not acceptable that I now need to be inconvenienced by taking more leave due to the sheer incompetence of their booking team.
