I placed an online order on the 2 Nov, it is now 11 Nov and i still don't have it, just excuses, and excuses
Dont Buy a bed online from Heavenlymattress, its the worst service ever. I called the shop they cant help, they refer you to some online department, I called them, the cant find the order, they will call me back, Finally i got hold of a guy that found my order. This guy said for 200.oo more i can upgrade the double bed i bought to a pillowpeadic double bed, i can just pay the driver when he come. the delivery arrangement was made for the 6th of July the following week. Today is the 6th of july and no bed delivered. I called once again, and the online order guy GREG, says he will call me back, doesnt call back. 1 hour later i called him a few times without answer, I then called the store number and asked to speak to the owner, he is to busy or whatever. they say it will be delivered on the 7th now, the worst is the store guy says i must buzz him tomorrow to remind him

I planned to get engaged on the 30 Nov 2019, I wanted to fly my fiancée down with priority treatment. I wanted to stay at umhlanga sands. So umhlanga sands did not work out. But at least we got a okish place to stay. So the priority trip via flying to umhlanga was a disaster my fiancée got everything but priority from flysafair, our trip down we got to the gate but we had to board a bus, I asked about the priority boarding, the person working there just turned around and said board the bus, we stood cramped in a over crowed bus which I don’t think is safety at all, the message on the bus door says don’t stand, quiet ironic if you see how we were standing cramped against everyone, holding on for dear life as the bus jerked around, my fiancée was bumped in the backed of the head buy a guy wearing a backpack. While holding onto me and whatever else to avoid falling over in the jerking bus. We got to the plane same thing no special treatment for her. Our trip back, we get to the gate there was no separate queues, we pushed to the front and asked about priority boarding same story, everything was out of control, the person working there looked at us if we mad, and said stand in queue. I’m totally disgusted in your service, I was charged for something which is a total lie, I wanted every moment to be special for my fiancée, the entire trip, but thanks to you her flight trip was below ordinary. I wanted her to get on the plane feeling Im treating her in style. I will tell everyone I can on social media and wherever else I can, to never use your service if a person wants to treat someone special, especially when you on your way to get engaged. If you want a unsafe bus ride and some adrenaline rush holding on for dear life then flysafair is the way to go, as well as practicing marshing heavy metal dancing s****s pushing through crowds to get in front. Thanks but NO Thanks, keep your priority boarding, I will also consult a lawyer with regards to services not delivered as well as safety, as your sticker on the bus says don’t stand
No coverage with every power outage, we had a burglary last night and could not communicate with the children, who stay on the property in there flat, CELL C in Kameeldrift east, Hoefyster Singel street, 0035, has the worst service delivery ever, I am going to cancel all my Cell c Contracts.
Hi to if anybody who gives a ****!! I have been trying to get an ADSL line now for 4 weeks. I started with the online application. no luck. Telkom CEO Sipho Maseko must be so proud of the competent people working for him and representing his company image. i have told so many people of this brilliant and painless experience. * I mean 4 weeks is a great turn around time. with no results. *Me Calling in each time and waiting for ever to talk to one of these brilliant stars is the highlight of my day, * just to hear i must call open serve, and open serve tells me to call Telkom....lol * just to hear the last person did not book it to get the appointment. *the last person forgot this or that. * just to hear excuse after excuse *Managers are never around to talk to. *people who dont even know how to use GPS cord's to plot an address. *etc,etc, listen to the calls on your systems Sipho Maseko i want to congratulate you on a job well done, no system is interlinked and every time the call center agent needs to check some other system. and recapture all the details as if which ever agent is trying to cancel my last order and recapture it on there name why else would i need to go through the painful process each time. *why does your system show i have 40mb adsl line available but your but technician says i dont? *why after i explained to them that your system address of my house is wrong, and i sent my GPS location and screen shots to ********** they still cant get it right Ref numbers i received so far: ********** 32 ********** 09A ********** Just want to thank you for: *causing my blood pressure to rise to new levels never recorded before, i'm gonna present my blood pressure stats to the Guinness book of records 2018. *i have developed a new kind a patience and self control with the lessons i learnt from Telkom call center agents. *my imagination s****s have improved from all the stories i have heard from call center agents. I feel i could write a fiction thriller. *I can supper multi task my day job while waiting for a call to be answered, as well as multi task while i get taught imagination s****s and next level patients from the call center agents. Guys please try get my adsl installed before christmas, my kids are supper excited. ....PS... hope the line speed is supper fast too Best Regards
