I had an interaction with Jessie in the call centre this morning. What a friendly and bubbly personality l. She was very helpful, knew what needed to be done and constantly kept me updated on the policy changes being made. A true asset to MiWay
Bedroom door lock jammed and couldnt be opened. Called MiWay and they dispatched a locksmith within an hour
I have been trying to get a refund for MSA from Bonitas after I terminated my membership at the end of August 2017. The amount is small only around R85.00 but it is like pulling teeth trying to get this resolved. The amount of red tape and lack of response to emails is pathetic.
In the middle of December I used Elliot Mobility to move from Lenasia to Centurion. Clear instructions were given on items to be moved. When my goods arrived in Centurion items that were not supposed be moved were moved. In addition items were broken and a specific item went missing during the move and one item went missing when they unloaded in Centurion. Elliot are shirking responsibility and are saying these items were packed and want me to pay for lie detector tests which I find ridiculous. I find the manner in which this has been handled is very poor and leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth. Inwould be loathe to use Elliot again for a move. One would think that Such a large company would deal more effectively with customer complaints.
I recently purchased a home through one of the agents of Bakers Real Estate IN Centurion. The agent was initially very helpful but as we got closer to regsitration the attitude changed. Once the registration went through certain items on the snag list which were in the OTP were not handled. The seller refused to complete them and the agent in question passed the buck and eventually stopped responding to my messages fompletely. A month later and I am left sorting these items out myself. Bakers Real Estate has left a really bad taste in my mouth.
