Jacques and his team correctly diagnosed my 2015 Renault Sendero's failing timing chain assembly that caused bent valves and other nasty things. Smart diagnostics also alluded to other issues that would have affected future performance and reliability. No guess work and repairs by trial and error, here. Honesty and quality are the virtues we valued most, and the pricing is reasonable too. You get what you pay for!! Well done guys. 👍
I understand Covid-19 problems for suppliers, but really...? Segen Solar - South Africa, in my humble opinion, is totally reliant on the web site doing all of the work for them. My allocated account manager and technical advisor very seldom answer calls on their provided numbers and totally rely on what is happening, from customer input on the web site. Even that is terribly un coordinated. E-mails of complaint are referred between each other, with no individual taking responsibility for, or even defending the poor service. Not good enough guys, you market excellent products at very competitive prices, but rely too much on the PORTAL doing ALL the work for you.
It is impossible to actually speak to a human at the Mweb call centre numbers, unless you require a new service or add on subscription. If you do reach a person, it will almost always be the wrong department and you will be transferred to the correct no-answer line, until you give up. Cell phone calls are very expensive to just hold on forever at your own cost.
