I have ordered a freedom one battery from segen solar. I have been told the eta for the battery is the 21 April 2026, there after rhe eta was changed to the 28 April 2026 then the 5 May 2026. Now it the 28 May 2026. This is totally unacceptable. Our clients are vurious, and we are loosing bussiness and trust of our clients. No updates received that the eta have changed again. Now I must phone to find out what is going on.

Very bad service at Sergen Solar, when I took Pylontech batteries back for warranty. No communication, when I requested the log files after testing, it looks like I asked for the impossible. It looks like very *********** people can't understand that I ask them to email it again(I didn't receive it), then they threaten me to collect the faulty batteries that are still under dispute to be destroyed if I don't collect them. They just wanted to get rid of all the evidence. Their after-sales service does not exist at all. They think they can hide because the end user is only working with the installers and doesn't know them

Thank you to Segen Solar and there great technical advisors for assisting with the new Solis OffGrid inverter. To eliminate all possible issues that may arise on site. Nqobile thank you my lady and the returns team for their urgent support to solve the issues. And account manager for processing. My order that fast. Great collaboration guys.

Lebea Mabugale responded promptly to my urgent request for technical assistance with my Kodak Inverter arriving shortly after my call accompanied by his Colleague. I had just been discharged from Hospital & on crutches with a fractured pelvis & needed urgent Technical Assistance. They uncovered the fault through patient & meticulous elimination, update the Software & professionally reset the Inverter to the correct Settings. The Unit is now working perfectly resulting in a significant savings in our Escom Bill.
