I have ordered a freedom one battery from segen solar. I have been told the eta for the battery is the 21 April 2026, there after rhe eta was changed to the 28 April 2026 then the 5 May 2026. Now it the 28 May 2026. This is totally unacceptable. Our clients are vurious, and we are loosing bussiness and trust of our clients. No updates received that the eta have changed again. Now I must phone to find out what is going on.
I heve resigned from the SANDF last year. Phoned them a couple of times in the last month regarding my IRP5 form so I can do my Sars tax return for 2023. They say each time that they will follow up, but don't get back to you with progress. Typical government. First they say they can't issue one for me this year then that say they can email a written IRP5. They don't know what they are doing. I am in the next step to sue them.
FNB approached me on 17 Feb 2020 to inform me that I can be upraded from a premium client to a private client. During this procedure I asked the sales person who assisted me that he must increase my overdraft fasility. He said that their was LRP on my account but he will lift it for me. A banker will call me the same day to assist me in this regard. No banker called me. I phoned the next day a few times with different feedback each time. Yesterday I received call from FNB and the person who assisted me told me that I applied for a credit card, in which I never did. I just want to increase my overdraft on my cheque account. Till date I did not received any feedback in this regard as well.

If no prove can provided then a total refund or the delivery of the goods(rockstar 2 peace essential single duvet set x2) will be requiered. If no compliance from homechoice this matter will be reported at the SAPS for fraud, and a case will be opened against homechoice at the (Customer complaint commission of South Africa). As to date no feedback or proof as been asked for has been received.
My sony xperia z3 compact was sent in for repairs early in the year because a power source problem. After receiving back from Vodacom repair centre the phone Wi-Fi and Bluetooth failed to operate correctly. I've booked the phone in for further investigation and the phone was returned unrepaired. My Vodacom branch in Waverley Pretoria stated that according to the repair centre the phone's warranty expired. They booked the phone for 6 times consecutively and sent the phone back to the repair centre. After stating on the job card's that the problem is a comeback repair caused by the original repair.( The power source failure). The repair centre refuse to repair the phone. In this case I am in the process of writing a official letter of complain to Carte Blanch stating the poor service delivery as well as the poor workman ship and Q&A that was conducted in this regard.
<p>I have ordered a wifi router telephonically from Vodacom on the 07 October 2016. Till date I did not recieve the delivery. When I phoned RAM service on the 07 October 2016 they have said that the package was returned to vodacom due to incorrect adress. I phoned vodacom cusomer care 082111 on the 07 October 2016 with my problem, with the confirmation on the adress where the package must be delivered. When I phoned RAM on the 17 October they said that the package was returned again back to Vodacom. So I phoned Vodacom 082 111 again on the 17 October 2016 and they can't assist me. Between Vodacom custemer care, vodacom after sales and RAM their is NO service or client satisfaction. This is steeling from the customer. I wonder what will Carte Blanche will make of this.</p>
