Very bad service at Sergen Solar, when I took Pylontech batteries back for warranty. No communication, when I requested the log files after testing, it looks like I asked for the impossible. It looks like very *********** people can't understand that I ask them to email it again(I didn't receive it), then they threaten me to collect the faulty batteries that are still under dispute to be destroyed if I don't collect them. They just wanted to get rid of all the evidence. Their after-sales service does not exist at all. They think they can hide because the end user is only working with the installers and doesn't know them
Pylontech don't have any warranty on their batteries; they only give an excuse of "misuse" and you wasted your money. Worst lithium batteries ever. DO NOT BUY PYLONTECH batteries. AND Sergen Solar is their agent in SA, and their service is just as bad as the warranty. Their communication is the worst, it looks like they know what is going to happen when you have a warranty claim, and they handle you so badly and just want to get you out. ALSO THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH SERVICE AT SERGEN SOLAR
They never deliver the package. Every few days, there is a new message that tries to deliver, but they lie; they never tried, someone is just updating and sitting somewhere, and doesn't do any deliveries. You can't even get hold of anybody on the phone; they're always busy, and even then, they just drop the call. Now they notify me that the package was sent back to temu because they can't get hold of me. If Temu is using this company again, I also will not buy from temu while they use this courier. If I see it is with this courier, I'll request a refund for the product and try again later until they use somebody else. It's a typical South African attitude: we get paid, so why deliver any service
I am trying from 2 September 2025 to get someone to help Me with a missing parcel that they collected , and they keep on escalating the request for 5 weeks now, they are just buying time and hope I will give up, I will keep on posting bad reviews until they resolve my problem
They register domains without any consent and then stand back and now the client is stuck because they "deleted" the name but it is still not available for the legal owner.
Sorry that I have to give you 1 star you don't deserve any star, I try to pay off my loan but can't get hold of anyone to get a statement, on the phone, they said I must log in onto their website and get it there but there is only a message to email customercare@directaxis.co.za or phone them(that I did as well) I'm just going to stop their debit order when they try to take the money, worst service, same as FNB , can see why they are partners, can someone please call me before you try to deduct another payment. DON'T TELL ME THERE IS SO MANY PEOPLE PHONE AND SENDING EMAIL THAT YOU CAN'T GET BACK TO ME FOR 2 WEEKS
Sorry the lowest review is 1 star, they do NOT deserve any star. To start off, the worst bank in SA - I got this covid relief fund that they increased my loan and I didn\t get that money now I have to pay back R9200 more than what I got. I try to chat on their service but they don't have rights to help me(spend hours to get that message) - whet to the branch they can't hlp me I must phone personal loans , as soon as you request a statement the phone goes dead( tried that 4 time, same thing send a mail to care@fnb.co.za 6 times no awswer for 5 weeks already
