<p>Just want to praise Medela for excellent service. I recently bought an electric breast pump which had a faulty part and they replaced the whole pump for me which is working so well now without any problems. Medela's customer service are very easy to reach and very helpful when you have any problem.</p> <p>I also had the wrong breastshields size which hurt me so much and kept me from pumping optimal volumes which I needed desperately for my twins as I returned to working half day. The rep came to my home to help me find the perfect size and arrange for me to exchange the wrong size breastshields at Babycity without any issues. </p> <p>Thank you so much for - a delight to be pumping with Medela and able to feed my twins breastmilk while going back to work.</p>
Bought an expensive belly band to use after pregnancy to help stomach recover. Velcro wouldn't stick after two weeks. Emailed supplier and they wanted me to return the product at my own cost and time. Asked if can leave it at shop where bought it or that they can replace it or refund me. Now 6 weeks past caesarian already and have gotten no response. Unable to use it. Won't recommend this company or product to anyone if this is the customer service you receive.
I bought a long saved for Kitchenaid Blender through Naturalwise online store. It unfortunately leaked after the second use and further damage was done as I tried to use it again after the initial problem started. I contacted Cheryl at Naturalwise and she IMMEDIATELY responded by contacting the agents and organising couriers to pick up the broken blender and deliver it to Kitchenaid for inspection. The damage that occurred was out of warranty as I used the faulty unit and incurred further damage to the machine. I therefor needed to pay for repairs. Cheryl was extremely kind in dealing with both me and the Kitchenaid agent and understood that is was a big accident from the start. She organised for the blender to be send back to me from the repair centre and didn't charge me a single penny for all of this plus paid for the repairs. I can DEFINITELY recommend this supplier to anyone wanting to buy health equipment and products. Thank you for incredible service every step of the way! I am still stunned.
