I had purchased an electric pump a few months back and unfortunately it gave up on me. After sales customer service was amazing. Reported the problem, was assisted via email and offered telephonic services. At the end, my faulty parts were replaced in a day.

I paid over 7000 for the Medela Freestyle pump and it stopped working.Contacted Medela S.A in regards to my Medela Freestyle pump apparently if its out of warranty which is only two years they cannot help me and do not know where i can get it repaired. Seriously? hundreds and thousands of pumps in the country and no one can repair them if older than two years. Should i buy a new pump with each child. extremely disappointing as i am a full time pumper.

Extraordinary service from Anne Badenhorst. What a pleasure and complete surprise to receive such exemplary service from Medela SA. My breast pump stopped working, I called and explained the situation and the next day a new one was sent to me. Absolutely superb. I wish all companies could display such perfect customer service. Well done!!!

Extraordinary service from Anne Badenhorst. What a pleasure and complete surprise to receive such exemplary service from Medela SA. My breast pump stopped working, I called and explained the situation and the next day a new one was sent to me. Absolutely superb. I wish all companies could display such perfect customer service. A massive thank you to the Medela customer service team for their prompt response to my dilemma! I logged the problem to the Medela information email address as per their website and received a response within 1 HOUR from Anne! No questions or evidence or long explanation of incident required. She ordered a replacement which I received the following morning before 10am. What a pleasure to work with a company that goes the extra mile and values customer service so much, only one of the reasons that they are the best in the industry - makes me love my breastpump even more (if possible) :) Thank you Medela!

<p>I emailed Medela to let them know that I was unhappy that my calma was removed from my Freestyle pump. She promptly called me back to explain that this was due to Medela being code complaint and not being able to advertise certain products. She also advised me on other products and was rather informed. Anne is also going to post me a calma to try out :-) I am a very happy customer. Thank you very much! </p>

<p>Just want to praise Medela for excellent service. I recently bought an electric breast pump which had a faulty part and they replaced the whole pump for me which is working so well now without any problems. Medela's customer service are very easy to reach and very helpful when you have any problem.</p> <p>I also had the wrong breastshields size which hurt me so much and kept me from pumping optimal volumes which I needed desperately for my twins as I returned to working half day. The rep came to my home to help me find the perfect size and arrange for me to exchange the wrong size breastshields at Babycity without any issues. </p> <p>Thank you so much for - a delight to be pumping with Medela and able to feed my twins breastmilk while going back to work.</p>
