<p>2 weeks since initially reported the problem. still not resolved.</p> <p>this is pathetic. please refund me for the 2 weeks and sort the problem out NOW.</p>

<p>Phoned and logged numerous tickets through telkom website and call centre.</p> <p>Tickets keep getting closed but problem still exists.</p> <p>This needs to be sorted out ASAP</p>
