PRofessional service
I recently went there with my two daughters who where having trouble keeping down there food and had an obvious tummy bug. the help i received was professional fast and extremely helpful. i just wanted to say thank you it was cold out so they let me wait in my car until they could help m, the fetched me from my car and assessed the girls, making it fun for hem which was helpful. always a pleasant experience going there.

Well done
I recently went for my first covid test and was so afraid of the costs involved. i have heard a hundred different stories regarding the cost and whether its positive or negative. im so glad yo say that my medical aid did not let me down or fail me im in anyway. All was paid and i just had to relax and get better thank you medihelp its such a relief in this terrible pandemic tp know my medial aid will not take advantage of me and will pay for the tests i need

Problems with online order
I recently placed an order with MR Price Sport. Amoung the items was two rash vest exactly the tame size. I placed my order for two and paid successfully. i went this week to get my order and there is only one rash vest inside. I was refunded for the second one, but no communication was received that there was only one available. if i had known i couldnt get both i would have cancelled the order, as i have twins and i need two. i received no mail no call nothing.

Still no communication
I still have no idea what's happening with my claim, i have received no communication. Was told than an email was sent that was never received. Im so tired of always having to ask and fight and stress to try and submit claims that always get denied even though there is authorization. i reply on this money to feed my family

Bought a watch from them that was faulty. I contacted them immediately. a lovely lady contacted me and organized a refund. the service was fast efficient, pleasant, no questions asked. what a delight to get service with a smile and if not the product my money back

Shocking Service
Went in to the Dis-chem clinic for a routine pap smear. Lady said i would get my results in approximately 3 day. Its now been 7 days. i have called with no luck everytime they put me threw to the clinic the phone cuts off, i have left messages i have whats app'd i have complained i have done everything i can think of with no luck. This means i will have to spend more money and get it done again. there website has no information on the lab they use so i cant even contact them directly.

Terrible service ONCE AGAIN
And Medihelp out does themselves once again. I have authorization for Medihelp to pay me almost 80% of my monthly dental claim for my son. Submit the claim and it is denied. contact medihelp and ask whats going on they say the system automatically denies the claim they will escalate. Which means i have wait another 7-14 days. Get an sms yesterday Medihelp will be paying about 5% of the monthly claim. So why get authorization for this in the first place if i have to fight every single month for my money.
