I placed an order and received a delivery date. On the date of delivery, my order status still has processing. I contacted their customer service whom stated the order is still at the warehouse and they are unable to assist until it reaches their branch. There's now a new delivery date which is more that their 2-4 working days. I need my order for a trip and it will now be ready for delivery on the day of departure. I still can't cancel the order as there's no communication to their warehouse. Returns with be another inconvenience. All customer service said is 'sorry' it's an estimated date. There's also no option on the app for express delivery. Really poor service considering you are offering an online service which makes delivery your most important service/perk!!!!
I am very pleased to say that Dis-Chem (pharmacy) pavillion was extremely helpful in assisting me with a lost proof of purchase. Despite being busy, they called me back much later and literally took less than 5minutes to help me.
The worst online sale services. Even after complaining to MTN, mondo has no urgency to attend to my concerns. They are not allowed to call customers. So if you apply online, you have to continually call and follow up on the application progress as well as phone around to get contact details for them. This is of great concern as your credit status is a risk.
I had purchased an electric pump a few months back and unfortunately it gave up on me. After sales customer service was amazing. Reported the problem, was assisted via email and offered telephonic services. At the end, my faulty parts were replaced in a day.
Tried signing up for a contract deal with mtn only to find out their online deals are dealt with a contracted company. Pathetic service. Its gone one week with no help. I'm expected to call regularly to check up with my application. So you the applicant have to do all the admin work for your own contract that u are going to pay for. Guess I'll stay with my current service provider.
I have been with telkom for many years and within the last year their customer service has dropped to zero. I have been trying to change my banking details with them so that they are paid since March 2020 and there has been no form of assistance. I was told that my banking details were changed and I needed to wait a month before it was updated. I agreed knowing I would be paying banking fees for just one month to allow telkom to their monthly payment. My husband advise me to keep the bank account open for one more month as telkom gave him the run around when he changed banks. Low and behold they deducted from the wrong account for another month. Contacted the store and I was told I needed to come in due to the need of biometrics to change my banking details. Everytime I go to the store they are offline. Staff have a simple reply, sorry we can't help u as we are offline. There is nothing we can do. There will be new staff tomorrow, so you have to come in then. This is most frustrating. No sense of customer service to Atleast say, pls leave your details and we will contact you as soon as we are up and running. I have closed my old account and. Now this is telkom problem. I refuse to continue paying bank fees just because telkom has incompetent staff.
