Extraordinary service from Anne Badenhorst. What a pleasure and complete surprise to receive such exemplary service from Medela SA. My breast pump stopped working, I called and explained the situation and the next day a new one was sent to me. Absolutely superb. I wish all companies could display such perfect customer service. Well done!!!
I frequently visit the La Lucia Woolies, but never have I experienced such outstanding service. I purchased items from the food store on the afternoon of the 4/1/2016. There were no trollies in the store and so I was carrying a very heavy basket. I chose to pay in the clothing department, where Nomusa was my cashier. She was friendly from the beginning of the transaction. Upon scanning the items she noticed that the punnet of corn cobs was cracked (due to my loaded basket.) She asked the other cashier to go fetch me a new one from the shelf. Then when I told her there were no trollies, she left the till to go find me a trolley. A few minutes later she returned with the trolley for me. Great attitude and service Nomusa!!! I was pleasantly surprised. Woolies please convey the message and value Nomusa as an employee:)
On Black Friday, Telkom had a deal that with a purchase online, you would get 20G free data. This would be for all online deals applied and approved on that day. I applied, thinking it would be a gimmick. It was very unlikely that they would call me back especially due to the volume of applications, and especially because of the poor reputation Telkom has for customer service. To my surprise I received a call at 5pm on the same day to do the credit check. I was approved and the call agent assured me that the 20G data would be preloaded onto the sim card when I received it.The tablet would be delivered within 7-10 business days. They would never deliver on that promise (I thought), especially with the festive season rush. To my shock the tablet was delivered yesterday, 5 business days after approval. A BEEG WOW!!! I am really impressed with such awesome service. It makes me optimistic about future encounters with them. <br> <br> Now about the disappointment...I checked for the 20G data and it was not loaded onto the card. Upon calling the call centre last night I was told it would only be loaded in January. Unfortunately that is not what I was promised. Hopefully this is fixed fast...
Applied for Schengan visa through the French embassy using Capago in Durban. Saved me the trip and the hassle of travelling to the French embassy in JHB. Was so happy with the professional and efficient service with a smile. The usually daunting process of applying for a visa, was actually so easy with the help of Capago. Thanks. Went to Mochachos Gateway on 2015/09/13. My husband and I each ordered a chicken shwarma with chips. Everything was cold!!!And they were not even busy, so there was no excuse to have stale food. Will never return to Mochachos. They don't seem to care about quality levels. I have had the same experience at the Overport and Umhlanga village branches. Absolutely pathetic and a waste of money. I feel cheated.
Excellent service provided by Brent Andrews. He kept to his word of returning my calls at the specified times and was always pleasant, professional, proficient and helpful. A BIG thank you for going the extra mile in getting my documents to me so that I may apply for my visa, and not be stressed at the last minute. Service like this is hard to come by nowadays, and that is all the more reason that I appreciate it. Thank you:)
I pass by this Spar every morning enroute to work, never having visited the store before as I'm new to the area. So last week I decided to go by as they open at 6:30 am. Every staff member greeted me with such friendliness -like they knew me! And each one (from the bakery, to fresh produce, to the cashiers) ask you if you need assistance and if you require anything else. Everyone was so smiley and happy and attentive to the customer, even though it was so early in the morning. I'm one fussy consumer, so what a great surprise to walk into a store where staff don't seem lethargic and disinterested. The store is also neatly set up, and very conveniently open so early. I went to the store again in the week, to see if the service was just isolated to that day. But no, it was still great. Very refreshing customer experience indeed. WELL DONE:) An awesome store indeed.
So its tax season, and I want to complete my tax return. But no tax certificate from Resolution Health!!! These are meant to be uploaded long before tax season. So today I log onto my online resomed profile and under tax certificate 2015 there are these two unusual Excel files. The one has all the contributions to date, and the other all claims. I didn't understand how to read these files, so called Resolution. I had to email an example of the file to them (as they didn't know what I was talking about.) After some discussion I was told to ignore this, and that the correct tax certificates will be uploaded tomorrow. Terribly unacceptable!!
