Capago gave me an incorrect invoice for my VISA and they refusing to fix it. I can't claim my VISA fee from my employer and no one wants to help me.I will not stop until I the correct invoice...the lady called Phiwokuhle blatantly refused to help me.

My mom and her best friend have been terribly misled by Capago staff. They were due to leave for France today, 2 May, at 2pm. Their visas have not arrived yet. They have been waiting 10 business days thus far for their visas which were promised to arrive within 3 to 5 business days of their date from which their application was completed. Their visas are said to be in process. All documents are in order. All costs covered. The dates of flights known, and the company fails to have the visas arrive on time. Fortunately my mom didn't pay the Platinum service because it seems this money would have been lost as well. It would be great if a manager would follow up to assist my mom and her friend as they have booked their holiday. These two ladies are meant to meet their best friend of 50 years whom they haven't seen in many years. They saved their money and already met all the costs of their trip. Now with the delay of the visa, the added cost is impossible for them to meet. How can Capago be so inconsiderate about how they handle each customer? Every customer deserves great service, and Capago promises quality services, and didn't deliver for these too ladies. This is truly appalling service!

We have had a horrible time with this visa company. It seems like you only get service if you pay the VIP fee (an extra R800) - although this is not made explicit. My son and his girlfriend have been working hard to travel in France for a month. He app**** for his visa a week before her and she got hers within days (she paid the VIP fee). IT has been a nightmare. Hours on the help line with ladies who read a script to you - and keep saying they cant promise anything. They dont phone you back when they promise - the manager seems totally disinterested. My son was then told he could cancel the request - but they still cant say whether his passport will be back in time for his flight. He has lost the R1700 he paid you, wasted so much time trying to encourage you to do your jobs, and now it looks like he might need to cancel his flight.

I used Capago in Sandton to get my French visa. I service from Lungile was absolutely fantastic and such an amazing experience. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. Go try it out and see.

Well I give them 4 stars out 5.other hands I am just little worry or fail to understand. Today when I have submit my visa Application for France. Consultant Name is Ayanda counter 3. She was checking my visa application for France. 1 she have returned me the page 1 and the Page 2 of my visa application and didn’t explain to me why she don’t needed it . This action is bothering me why she have returned these 2 pages. What happened if my application get rejected due this action of missing page in my file. Well I don’t wanted to lose money due this action. Because she never explained to me while she were checking. And the second my Hotel booking is from 15 till 21ND of December 2023 . But Itinerary showed returns 23rd of December 2023. And one of the requirements from the French Government if the Applicant have 120 EU on the daily basis in your pocket and applicant is well planned he don’t need a Hotel booking. I have attached Diner’s club credit card ABSA Platinum Amex Credit card to show that is I am out Hotel by 21st of December I will plan for next 48 hours . They need more knowledge about the requirements not to confuse the applicant regarding any news if the applicant have proven that he had enough funds to take care of him self while he traveling to enjoy . They don’t have to confuse the Applicant. That’s All I hope some one from the Capago Johannesburg will come back to me to explain.
