Nedbank your Forex/Glabal Payments process is a total nightmare. I have spent hours on the phone in between email chains that feel like they disappear in the vacuum. Your staff bounce me between forex and service desk payments and I cannot even get hold of the human who was helping me (even though I have his name). IT cant be this hard.
I have been with this insurance company for years and they seem to have a way of pushing up the monthly payments. I am now paying R668 for a 2011 car (I am 50, work from home with car locked behind gates). And my building cover has crept up to R990 (no content just the house). I have called to complain and they drop the rates for a bit but they come bouncing back. ITS *********.
I placed an order for sneakers. They never arrived - I have joy from help centre and the email I got reiterated that I had received the sneakers. Please sort this out.
BEWARE or Belinda Ross of PISA (Permaculture Institute of South Africa). She advertises Permaculture courses across South Africa, requests payment and then cancels the course and does not pay the refunds. She lends credibility from well-known teachers like Geoff Lawton, Zach Bush and even Vandana Shiva. I have spoken to others who have had the same experience. Belinda has promised to pay me back the R10 000 she owes me (not to mention the cost of the air tickets we lost because the course was cancelled last minute). She then does not get back. I recommend you stay far away from PISA and BELINDA ROSS.
We have had a horrible time with this visa company. It seems like you only get service if you pay the VIP fee (an extra R800) - although this is not made explicit. My son and his girlfriend have been working hard to travel in France for a month. He app**** for his visa a week before her and she got hers within days (she paid the VIP fee). IT has been a nightmare. Hours on the help line with ladies who read a script to you - and keep saying they cant promise anything. They dont phone you back when they promise - the manager seems totally disinterested. My son was then told he could cancel the request - but they still cant say whether his passport will be back in time for his flight. He has lost the R1700 he paid you, wasted so much time trying to encourage you to do your jobs, and now it looks like he might need to cancel his flight.
We cancelled a contract for my son with Vodacom when the term was up. The call centre people kept asking us to extend - with deal offerings etc - We repetitively declined. They kept taking the money from the debit order - so we cancelled the debit order. Now we have a debt collector harassing us for payment. This is not the fist time Ive had issues with Vodacom - Ive had previous experience of being billed after the contract was ended and having to the admin time in to sort the issue out. ITS EXHAUSTING ----- Please start to operate ethically Vodacom - we dont have the time to keep our eyes on your ******* billing system.
I have had such trouble getting my claim free bonus paid. It keeps being moved along a week at a time. I get different messages from the helpline - depending on whom I get to speak to. I really dont believe I should have to chase this ---Do what you say you are going to do DialDirect.
