<p>Today 16 July 2016 Multichoice decides to upgrade its systems and cut us off as their paying customers. I was lied to by 5 consultants and I was told that they're "trying to help". Only on my 6th attempt was I lucky to be told the truth that Multichoice is doing some upgrade and customers have been cut off. I was not made aware of the possibility of any interruptions. I had guests over and the tv was on, but didn't want to work. E30-4 was the code I got repeatedly for 9 times and the website was useles. </p>
