<p>Yesterday i went to capitect bank mall of africa to transfer funds into a wesbank account.</p> <p>i was advised by Patience if i use global one system online payment, the funds will reflect immediately, we then activated the link from app store, then tranfered R 10K into this ref number 8 ********** , but the money is not reflecting as yet at wesbank why is that, i was told by one of you consultant that the money will reflect, then funds were transfered into a wrong ref number, i then requested a reversal of funds immediately, Patience call head office spoke to a lady there and she said to me, that i'm going to lose the the money and there's nothing they can do, i was very mad, frustarted and angry, then the lady said if they find the money it will take 14 days to reflect into my account, what kind of service is this, the bank that i trust with my money can't even help me nor sympathize with clients, and today i called wesbank the money is not reflecting, why is that, because i was told by one of you consultant that the money will reflect immediately hence i activated the global one system, but its exactly the same as transfering directly into a bank, what difference does it make. please call me now vusi s mahlangu ********** 636</p>
I've never seen such useless, process, customer service in my entire life.<br> This Chap Mitchell Govindsamy called me today, he was selling a tracker unit, i told him, how can you offer me tracker hence my policy is cancelled, he said the policy still active, on the systems shows its active, he then asked a fellow colleague called Dane whilst on the phone, didnt have the courtesy to put me on hold, i could hear everything, then Dane said policy is cancelled, that's when Mitchell said sorry Mr Mahlangu you policy is cancelled and i requested a cancellation letter since two weeks ago.<br> <br> Mitchell was swearing at me saying fuck me, we must meet in person and fight,<br> imagine telling a client such useless things.<br> it shows how sumarai brokers dont appreciate their business and clients
