I have been taking my poodle to Twisted Whiskers for approx the last 7 years and have never cancelled an appointment. Today I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and called to cancel my appointment at 12.30 (I called before 9am), There was absolutely no empath, no respect..... All I got was "Are you aware that there is a cancellation fee and it's in our Terms and Conditions". Well, firstly there is no contract in place with Terms and Conditions and secondly, have respect and empathy towards your customers in cases of emergencies "BECKY". All the years Carmen was the most respectful person working there and this absolutely floored me this morning. Shocked to say the least. I think you seriously need to work on customer service of you want to be the best. Such a pity as I really liked the way the groomers groom the pets and then you have such bad mannered persons that answer the phones and just don't care in serious emergency situations..........

Firstly there is no contract been signed with "Terms and Conditions", secondly how about having a little empathy "Becky", and treating your customers a little differently. I am rather shocked at the customer service. I must add though Carmen is the best person working there, and is always polite and kind. I'm seriously thinking of finding a groomer that shows a little more respect to people when emergencies occur.
IF I COULD GIVE ABSA -10 I WOULD. I AM LATE WITH A FEW DAYS (TODAY IS THE 12), OF PAYING R680.00, AND BECAUSE I COULD NOT IDENTIFY THE COLOUR OF MY CARD WHEN THEY CALLED ME AND BECAUSE I DO NOT DO CELL PHONE BANKING AND BECAUSE MY COMPUTER IS IN FOR A VIRUS, AND I HAVE NOT HAD STATEMENT SENT TO ME FOR THE LAST 4 MONTHS DUE TO THEM HAVING MY INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS ON THEIN SYSTEM, THREE DAYS AGO, THEY HAVE HANDED ME OVER TO THEIR LAWYERS THREE DAYS LATER............ ***........... AFTER YOU TELEHONICALLY TELL THEM PAYMENT WILL BE DONE NEXT WEEK. CANNOT GIVE EAXCT DATE AS COMPUTER NEEDS TO COME BACK. ONCE AGAIN ANOTEHER BAD REVIEW TO ABSA. INEXPERIENCED, UNHELPFULL, ARROGANT SO CALLED STAFF. SOONER I CAN CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT THE BETTER.
I don't even know where to begin. I opened a Truworths account in 1977. I paid my account up in 2019 and end Dec 2022 I happened to buy a dress which I liked. I missed my Jan installment as I was in hospital. I called customer service today 3/3/2023, AFTER I was handed over to a collections company! What the hell Truworths. Whatever happened to the great custoner service you use to have.
FOR THE THIRD TIME I Am mentioning this, and still tge harassment continues for a SHORT PAYMENT on my credit. I get harrassed with bombarded telephone calls, enails, sms'. Then to crown it all I get asked if I want to make An ARRANGEMENT for R160.00. What us wrong with you lot? Shocking, shocking, shocking. My advice to future clients, stay away from Absa. If they carry on like this for R160.00, then it leaves food for thought. I have had up to 4 calls a day for R160.00. Don't know whats going on at Absa, but it is really questionable.
Once again AFTER I was sent a direct email to say they apologise and will attend to it, I am STILL harrassed fir R160.00 which I short paid on my credit card. R160.00, Gosh amazing how the people working there think as I was asked IFI WANT TO MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT. R160.00 Absa, shame you must be desperate. I am going to pay off my credit card asap, so that I can no longer have such incompetence people dealing with you. Surely, common sense will tell you of a short payment, the person will add it onto the next Payment. It's now 8.30am, and been called twice this morning. Shocking to say the least. Absa your telephone calls to me will cost you more than my R160.00 short payment.
Absolutely disgusted with Absa Bank. I SHORT PAID my credit card by R160.00 as I did not receive my statement. I get calls up to 4 TIMES a day for R160.00. THEY MUST BE REALLY DESPERATE for R160.00.
STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. In December they came and quoted us for two new garage dorrs which was quoted R19,000.00 They asked for a deposit of R15,200.00 which we paid. TO DATE NO SERVICE NO DOORS, UNANSWERE EMAILS, UNANSERED AND BLOCKJED CALLS TO CELL PHONES. MY ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC- THESE ARE SCAM PEOPLE, WHO STEAL PEOPLES MONEY. IT'S NOW MARCH AND STILL NO ANSWER OR REPLIES. WE ARE NOT LEAVING THIS AND HOPE THE PUBLIC WHO IS SCAMMED TAKE HEED AND FOLLOW SUIT. THIEVES AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WHO SHOULD BE IN JAIL.
