After the last post I was asked to take the post down and my R250 will be refunded once I have submitted my bank statement. I have since submitted my bank statement and they are now ignoring my emails in terms of the refund. I have also not received a formal cancellation letter and the debit order mandate is still active on my account meaning they will deduct my account again this month. Please help!!!!!
Qwiekfin loans subscribed me to what was initiatlly labeled as a once off fee to a monthly debit order which I cannot stop or reverse. The lender advised initialy that the once off fee will go off once my loan application has been processed however I did not get any feedback afterthat. There is a monthly debit order that goes off my account of R250 and R98 for the past 3 months and have asked to be cancelled. They requested my bank statement for the refund and I did not submit as I did not care about the refund at that time I just wanted to have whatever monthly subscription in my name to be cancelled. Can Qwiekfinance explain how does a once off fee turn to a monthly debit order when I only app**** with them once and already asked for my subscription to be cancelled
****mers, subscription fee goes off and no services renederd. No contracts have been signed however an endless R250 subscription fee goes off every month. The consultants are rude would never recommend them to anyone
