After many months of waiting for Master Care to repair the Sharp Microwave, we eventually took it to Sharp in Nelspruit. And within minutes they had identified the problem and had supplied the part. In fact they found a 2nd hand part, and supplied it free of charge.
Bought a stihl bush cutter FS460c from Conway's in Nelspruit in July 2013. It has spent more time being prepared than working. Even the agent can't fix it properly. Have sent messages on email and tried to.call head office.but no one bothers to return the calls.
On the 9 Nov we called to report a problem with out microwave. Job no AS 003805. Have called in December, no response. Called for our defy deepfreeze (3rd repair) job no. AS 004111 on the 8/12/14. To date all we get told is that Nelspruit is waiting on head office. And lebo in cape town promised to come back to us on the 23 January 2015. Have heard nothing. But monthly charges deducted regularly.
