4 months of waiting for a jacket

4 mnths ago I ordered n payed for a jacket from styles by tumi but even today I don't have the jacket,two months after waiting I managed to get hold of Tumi(owner) and she told me that there were faults on the jacket and I must choose something else and when I did I was ignored since then,I've been calling,sendin emails,wattsapp,inboxes n sms but they just ignore them.I dnt know what to do anymore,they have such dope merchandise but failed me!we try supporting our local people yet we get treated like this,Im not trying to be funny or sabotage anybodytbut I tried communicating with them.if u hav any solutions fr me pls help
