Poor service delivery
I'm super disappointed by Tumi and her team, regarding poor quality of my custom made outfit.I reached out to her and her team but they are just quite ignoring me as if I didn't give proper instructions of the outfit.I have always admired her designs and this was the second one even though it was expensive, I decided to go with her because of service I got previously but now I won't recommend her all.

Poor service delivery
I'm super disappointed by Tumi and her team, regarding poor quality of my custom made outfit.I reached out to her and her team but they are just quite ignoring me as if I didn't give proper instructions of the outfit.I have always admired her designs and this was the second one even though it was expensive, I decided to go with her because of service I got previously but now I won't recommend her all.

Poor service delivery
I have admired the quality and designs of Tumi since I viewed them online, I paid my 1st order and all was perfect and then placed the second one which was more expensive for graduations to be let by disappointment from her team.they promised to deliver the day before after I returned the outfit with concerns about the design and size only to be told that they don't work on Sunday and they aren't done which caused me to do runarounds for the outfit on the day of the graduation that I worked very hard for.I have asked for direct line to Tumi to raise my disappointments with response even.I still don't have the outfit today.

Manipulative staff, Worst ,Pathetic service
I bought a dress for the occasion,delivery time frame passed,I contacted them and Zinhle/Zanele was on my service, she said she didn’t attend to my order as she had 2 Esther’s, 1 cancelled her order and thought it was me, she then promised to do overnight express courier ,it was on Thursday the 26th August, when I ask for the update on the 27th she told me that she couldn’t go to the courier because she was alone in the office, her colleague went to buy the fabric, how pathetic! I told her that she is full of excuses she said its not excuses meaning I have to feel sorry for her, i had to do the last minute shopping for the event, the dress didn’t serve its purpose and I didn’t look exquisitely as planned,this has affected me emotionally and financially. The dress only arrived after the event. I’m very disappointed to Styles By Tumi, the mere exclusive black owned brand that looks dapper on social media but run with unprofessional ,manipulative and incompetent staff that couldn’t get 1 order right and on time,not to mention the first order from a new client. Poor service and sizing
Didn't like the service. I was very specific on when i needed the outfit and if they can have it ready and shipped. They agreed yet i had to remind them and they forgot. I received my package two weeks later and the sizing was way off.

Poor service and sizing
Didn't like the service. I was very specific on when i needed the outfit and if they can have it ready and shipped. They agreed yet i had to remind them and they forgot. I received my package two weeks later and the sizing was way off.

Zero rating - dissatisfactory service!
Such dissatifactory service. Nowhere on their website do they say you won't be able to exchange due to sizing. Now that I've bought the dress, spent over R1200 for it they now saying they won't exchange - which is something not even stated on their exchange policy. They go mute for day on end and only answer when they want to either Zinhle/Zandile those are the names on their whatsapp. 0 rating for me. I'm now told to sell the dress since it doesn't fit then re-order and only then can they provide the size I want. Their sizes are not even true to size. 1st bad experience with them and never again will I waste so much money for such a service. Support black business se gat!!!

4 months of waiting for a jacket
4 mnths ago I ordered n payed for a jacket from styles by tumi but even today I don't have the jacket,two months after waiting I managed to get hold of Tumi(owner) and she told me that there were faults on the jacket and I must choose something else and when I did I was ignored since then,I've been calling,sendin emails,wattsapp,inboxes n sms but they just ignore them.I dnt know what to do anymore,they have such dope merchandise but failed me!we try supporting our local people yet we get treated like this,Im not trying to be funny or sabotage anybodytbut I tried communicating with them.if u hav any solutions fr me pls help
