Poor service delivery

I'm super disappointed by Tumi and her team, regarding poor quality of my custom made outfit.I reached out to her and her team but they are just quite ignoring me as if I didn't give proper instructions of the outfit.I have always admired her designs and this was the second one even though it was expensive, I decided to go with her because of service I got previously but now I won't recommend her all.
