Manipulative staff, Worst ,Pathetic service

I bought a dress for the occasion,delivery time frame passed,I contacted them and Zinhle/Zanele was on my service, she said she didn’t attend to my order as she had 2 Esther’s, 1 cancelled her order and thought it was me, she then promised to do overnight express courier ,it was on Thursday the 26th August, when I ask for the update on the 27th she told me that she couldn’t go to the courier because she was alone in the office, her colleague went to buy the fabric, how pathetic! I told her that she is full of excuses she said its not excuses meaning I have to feel sorry for her, i had to do the last minute shopping for the event, the dress didn’t serve its purpose and I didn’t look exquisitely as planned,this has affected me emotionally and financially. The dress only arrived after the event. I’m very disappointed to Styles By Tumi, the mere exclusive black owned brand that looks dapper on social media but run with unprofessional ,manipulative and incompetent staff that couldn’t get 1 order right and on time,not to mention the first order from a new client.
