I requested a ride from my house - Soweto to work which is at Bryanston. Driver picked me up at 6:20 on a Monday. And was dropped off at 7:20 at work. My trip was said to be R188. I gave the driver - Sylvester Xolani R200 who was driving a white Hyundai Grand i10. I didn't ask for change. I assumed all was good until I wanted to request another ride today & I see an unpaid trip of R188. Please have this sorted ASAP
Top tier customer service 👌 from Mlungisi Maseko. I had missed my delivery because I had to step out of the office, saw 2 missed calls plus a WhatsApp message from Mlungisi. I then contacted him immediately. He said he is still in the vicinity and will try to make a stop. And he sure did - 3hrs after our call conversation. This man is friendly, soft spoken, calm demeanor and a very warm person. Even though he had to come through twice to my building but I still received a genuine smile from him.

I made an application for credit on the app on the 31st May. Uploaded all required documents and was told my application has been received and being reviewed. 3 days thereafter I received an sms and an email advising to load a letter of employment. I did so on the 4th June. I've been waiting for feedback and I've called numerous times. Today is literally the 10th day since I submitted my application, no response nothing. I always follow up with calls and get told my application will be escalated. Such bad service and this happens just after I've switched my salary from Nedbank to you guys. Very dissatisfied for sure!!!
If it was possible to even give them -1 I would. I've never been disgusted by a service provider who lacks communication as this brand here "ZARA SOUTH AFRICA" I placed an online order 26/05/2021 and eexpected delivery was to be 04/06/2021, great and well. The items bought are suppose to be a birthday gift to my partner. I've been chatting with "grace & Craig" on their ZARA app chat box who told me on both occassions that I should receive my order no later than the estimated date. To my surprise, today the 3rd, a day before I'm suppose to receive my order, I get sent an email of a new delivery date only being 08/06/2021. Only next Tuesday and the birthday is on the 4th. The inconvenience and lack of communication from this provider is pure bull. Who has to wait a full 2 WEEKS for a delivery that was/is suppose to take 4 - 7 days at the most according to their website and app. HORRIBLE EVER!!!!
For over 2 years, I've been requesting a paid up letter for the Foschini account they were collecting for. Sent a recent request AGAIN about 3 days ago even now there's nothing received.
Such dissatifactory service. Nowhere on their website do they say you won't be able to exchange due to sizing. Now that I've bought the dress, spent over R1200 for it they now saying they won't exchange - which is something not even stated on their exchange policy. They go mute for day on end and only answer when they want to either Zinhle/Zandile those are the names on their whatsapp. 0 rating for me. I'm now told to sell the dress since it doesn't fit then re-order and only then can they provide the size I want. Their sizes are not even true to size. 1st bad experience with them and never again will I waste so much money for such a service. Support black business se gat!!!

Makro Crown Mines Wow.. you never seize to amazing me. Such horrible service at the hands of Zacks Sibusiso Nkosi and Golette. We've been waiting on our stokvel pink slips & gift cards for a full 5 hrs. No courtesy of address the customers and advising of whatever that could be holding things up. Golette was asked to assist with processing some of our proof of payments as a manager in the store - she plain said she doesn't know the system. A FULL MANAGER couldn't sit down on the computer and assist. Such incompetence & clearly people at Makro are given managerial positions due to the number of years in the company but not on merit and them knowing the job!!! Never again will I be seen at MAKRO CROWN MINES!!!!!
It's been two years after paying off my account, but still they have not updated my information with the credit bureaus, and this is affecting my profile. I have spoken to their legal department countless times about this issue they keep on saying they will update it. I regret doing business with them.
