Poor service delivery

I have admired the quality and designs of Tumi since I viewed them online, I paid my 1st order and all was perfect and then placed the second one which was more expensive for graduations to be let by disappointment from her team.they promised to deliver the day before after I returned the outfit with concerns about the design and size only to be told that they don't work on Sunday and they aren't done which caused me to do runarounds for the outfit on the day of the graduation that I worked very hard for.I have asked for direct line to Tumi to raise my disappointments with response even.I still don't have the outfit today.
